Rewards are paid within 30 days of settlement.

Log in to your Domium dashboard and tap REFER & EARN. You can send an invite via SMS or email. It will include your unique link and all required disclosures.
We recommend letting your friend know beforehand so they’re expecting the invite and there’s no confusion.
You can invite them anytime.
Invites work best when you’ve already shared your own positive experience with Domium. Letting your friend know how easy and seamless your journey was makes the referral more meaningful and genuine.
You can refer friends, family members, or colleagues who are new to Domium and applying for a residential home loan.
You can’t refer yourself, your spouse for the same property, or anyone already engaged with Domium.
No limit. You can refer as many eligible friends as you like.
Domium may review accounts or set reasonable limits to prevent misuse.
Once your friend’s loan settles and we verify the referral, Domium pays you within 30 days. You’ll see the payment status in your Refer A Friend dashboard.
Rewards are paid via secure bank transfer or digital Visa card delivered by email or SMS. Once your referred customer settles, we will contact you for payment details.
No reward is payable until the loan settles.
