They are third-party costs for searches, certificates, property information, and authority requirements, and they vary depending on your property, state, transaction type, and matter. Typical disbursements may range from $200-$300, depending on the matter. Examples include Council Rates Certificate, Water Authority Certificate, Owners Corporation Certificate, and Land Tax Clearance Certificate.
